Some of the trusted adults you can tell are, parents/guardians, you're teacher, or a principal. If you don't feel comfortable telling an adult that's ok! You can also talk to you're friends and anyone you trust. It's best to talk about it and not keep it bottled up inside.
I know you are probably thinking "how can being kind help me right now?!" Or "How can I be kind to a person who is so mean to me?!" But if you get mad at the person or defensive it always gets worse. Watch the video and think about the difrence. Don't forget to watch the whole thing.
Some times the bullies don't even know they are bullying. They think it's all a joke an don't even know that they are hurting you! but that still doesen't make it okay. the best way to deal with this is to tell a trusted adult or tell the person or people that they are hurting you and you want them to stop.
Most of the time bullies are hurting. Weather it's something bad going on at home, they are being bullied, or they have something else going on and they feel badly about themselves. And that is why you should be empathetic, and think about if you were in there shoes.
