When you look at your school you would not think there would be to much bullying you think o its not in the classroom. This website is going to help you become more aware and figure out how to help more with what the problem is in the classroom. And at home with your students.
parent engagment A different perspective
My question for you is would you want your kids being a bully? A good way to stop that is parent engagment. Make sure that your kids parents are going on feild trips going to the clubs and activities etc. also knowing what is happening in your classroom and paying just more attention then just focused on teaching but also working on things with the parents. I know that kids would love for there parents to get more engaged in their learning especialy at a young age.

kids are like spounges they soak up any bad behavior at home. looking at this if kids get intruble and get spankings, slaped botherd bugged the kid will clone what the parent or educator has done.Knowing this we have to be aware and careful of what you do around kids at school and what is going on at home. Its a good idea to know what is happening at home so you can know how to help.
Figuring out what is going on at home can help a lot. (Somtimes a kid does not like to talk but there is a way to fix that) Well 1 you need to talk to them ask whats wrong or if theres anything happening at home but remember BE NICE ABOUT IT. When talkng to kids you have yo be nice. other wise something could go terribly wrong. Also mabye set up a parent kid day or night or have a feild trip were the parent has to go. Also make your classroom a calming and comfertable learning space for your children, sometimes the bullying isent always the parent but still could be the teacher too. sometimes an over powering learning based decorated classroom can cause stress.(witch causes bullying)
