    Dealing with stress can be a hard thing to get rid of or even reduce. But, with a few steps, you can reduce your stress level. Some ideas to reduce your stress is keeking a stress journal and writing down what you felt and what caused you to stress, indulge in physical activity, more sleep, and even talking to someone to help reduce your stress levels.   • Self Harm~ Any mental illness can lead to self harm. It can be very dangerous you sometimes won't know what your doing. Yu can comepletly take out this habit but, it would need a lot of work. Someways you can reduce you self harming is talking to a therapist or even a person you trust, know what triggers you to do it and find out how to cope it, and understanding that there are people out there to help you and love you.
