Blatant racism

Blatant Racism is when you're racist in an open way. For example Donald Trump said "A Mexican-American Judges is not A real American..." Another example is comparing other races to animals. For example, comparing black people to apes.

Subtle Racism

"Subtle racism is described as a person who has implict racial or attitudes toward another group."- Chiaku Hanson

Colorism

Colorism is prejudice or discrimination against individuals with a dark skin tone. For example "You're pretty for a black girl". Another form of colorism is assuming things about someone because of the color of their skin. For example if you have really nice long hair people will assume your mixed with something when your really not.

Discrimination

Discrimination is the unjust or prejudicial treatment of race, age, or gender. For example harrassment to one particular group of people or individual that is different. An example of discrimination of race is inapprpriate jokes about their language. For example, making fun of the way Asians talk. An example of discrimination towards gender is giving a woman lower wage than a man. An example of discriminatiom towards kids is not allowing them in somewhere, for instance, an apartmeny.
